心の健康活動サウナに入るようになった。
また極楽湯 和光店は最近リニューアルされたと聞き、ネットで見たので行って見たかった事。
そして、車を使用しなければ行けないが、和光店が行きやすくなったので訪れたよ！
土日祝日は朝7時から開いてるのがマジ凄い
Reason for visiting the sauna
I started going to the sauna as a part of mental wellness activities. Also, I heard that Gokurakuyu Wakou store was recently renovated, and having seen it on the internet, I wanted to go check it out. Although it requires a car to get there, it became easier to visit the Wakou store, so I went! It’s seriously amazing that they open from 7 AM on weekends and holidays.

バスで行く人は
和光市 地下鉄成増 上石神井公園 光が丘から無料の送迎バスがあるよ！
Access and Location:
I recommend going by car to the Wakou store as there is ample parking! I haven’t counted, but easily 200 cars can be parked.
For those going by bus, there is a free shuttle service from Wakou City, subway Narimasu, Kami-Shakujii Park, and Hikarigaoka!

バレル型灼熱 88℃
燃炎ロウリュ 95℃
About the sauna facilities:
There are three types of saunas available.
- Flame Rock Löyly at 92°C
- Barrel-shaped Scorching at 88°C
- Blazing Löyly at 95°C

自分は今回3set行い バレル型と燃炎ロウリュに入った。
炎岩は人が多すぎて入れなかった笑
サウナ体験
熱さは文句なし、3つもあるので、空いてるところに入れるのはいい。
だから、人が多すぎて諦める選択をしなくていい。
リニューアルしたと言うのもあるのか施設はとても綺麗！
ただ日曜の朝8時30頃行ったんだけど
車で来てる方は70台くらいあったんで多いなという印象！
お客様（同志）お年寄り多め、後は40代 50代が多いように感じた。
でも10時過ぎると若い同志が増えたなーと
This time I did 3 sets and went into the Barrel-shaped and Blazing Löyly saunas. I couldn’t get into the Flame Rock since it was too crowded, haha.
Sauna Experience:
The heat is undoubtedly great, and having three options means you can find a spot in whichever one is less crowded. So, you don’t have to give up because of too many people. The facilities are very clean, perhaps due to the recent renovation!
I went around 8:30 on a Sunday morning, and there were about 70 cars in the parking lot, which seemed like a lot!
The clientele (comrades) seemed to be mostly older individuals, followed by people in their 40s and 50s.
However, I noticed an increase in younger comrades after 10 AM.

Licorice collaborated with Recoil, so I was surprised to see my favorite Chisato-chan there, lol!
個人の感想
外気浴は椅子が多く、探さなくて済んだ
たまに椅子が少ない所あるからそこは嬉しい
ただ、寝れる場所は少ないので、大体埋まってる。
Personal Impression:
There are plenty of chairs available for outdoor air bathing, so I didn’t have to look around for one. That’s nice since some places have a shortage of chairs. However, there are few spots to lie down, so they’re mostly occupied.
ちょっとしたキッズコーナーがある
There’s a small kids’ corner.
足を伸ばして座れるスペースあり
There is a space available to sit and stretch out your legs.
スロットも置いてありました。
There were also slot machines available.
結論
土日は1080円と1000円越える価格帯なので、プチ贅沢にいい。今のところは駐車場に時間制限がないので、気軽に長い出来るのはいいなと思った。
ただ、座るエリアが少なく、土日は早々に埋まっているので、
ちょい残念
